SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for visiting and shopping with The Keepsakesshop.com. We ship all of our orders via: UPS or USPS using standard rates. Currently we do not ship internationally. We do ship to APO and DPO addresses via USPS. We use USPS for PO Box addresses. We offer FREE standard ground shipping for orders totaling $100 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $100 we offer standard ground shipping at a flat rate of $10.00. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number.

The quoted delivery time for UPS Standard ground varies between 3-9 business days based on your location (East, West or Central USA) once the order is shipped.
No quoted delivery time is available for orders shipped via USPS. Once shipped via USPS customers can track their order using the USPS tracking number provided.
RETURN POLICY
For returns or exchanges, we are here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges for damaged merchandise within 15 days of the date you received the product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
For any undamaged product, simply return it within 15 days with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt for a full refund to the original payment method.
For product that was damaged during shipment please email us at kg@thekeepsakesshop.com for instructions and attach a photo of the damage product. To initiate a return please email us at kg@thekeepsakesshop.com to initiate the exchange/refund process.
